There is a 24 hour cancellation policy that applies to all
appointments. If you do not cancel your session prior to 24 hours
of your appointment, or if you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged a late cancellation/no-show fee. Deal vouchers and gift cards also apply to this policy. It is the responsibility of the client to be on time for the
appointment, and you will be charged for the scheduled service even if you are
late and do not receive the full session.

Wellness services are provided for the basic purpose of relaxation and relief of tension and stress. If you experience any pain or discomfort during a session, you will immediately inform the therapist so that adjustments can be made for your level of comfort. Wellness services should not be construed as a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment, and that you should see a physician or other qualified medical specialist for any physical or mental ailment that you are aware of. Massage therapists are not qualified to perform skeletal or spinal adjustments, diagnose, prescribe, or treat any physical or mental illness, and that nothing said in the course of a session given should be construed as such. You agree to keep the therapist updated to any changes in your medical profile and understand that there shall be no liability on the therapist’s part should you fail to do so. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
If on the day of your appointment you have an illness, are recovering from an illness or surgery, or are experiencing any symptoms of an illness, please understand that your appointment may be rescheduled. This is to protect your health and well-being, as well as to protect the health and well-being of everyone at the studio. All appointments include a consultation to determine if a wellness service is appropriate for you at that time. Your health and safety are of the utmost importance, and the consultation ensures an appropriate treatment.
