An Important Note To All Clients
All clients (including Groupon voucher clients) will be required to enter a valid credit card when booking a session, and your card information will be securely encrypted on your account. Your credit card will not be charged unless you choose to pay for your session at the time when you book your appointment. Providing a valid credit card is required to ensure that the scheduled session will be paid for should a client not show up for their session, or if a client cancels their session less than 24 hours in advance of the appointment date. Per the cancellation policy, if you do not cancel your session prior to 24 hours of your appointment, or if you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged for the scheduled service.
How To Schedule A Session Online
Choose the service type you would like to schedule under the appropriate service listing. The calendar will show you dates that have available session openings in real time; dates highlighted in black have available times, and dates highlighted in gray do not have available times. When the appointment has been successfully scheduled, you will receive an automated email confirmation.
Groupon Voucher Clients
Please book your session under the listing for Groupon Services. Services listed on the voucher can only be redeemed by one person. One voucher per client is allowed. Voucher deals are for new clients only. Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotional offers, gift cards or vouchers. Expired vouchers can be used as credit towards one regular priced 60-minute service that the voucher was purchased for. If you do not cancel your session prior to 24 hours of your appointment, or if you do not show up for your appointment, Groupon voucher clients will be charged a $35 fee (if your session has an add-on service, that will also be charged in addition to the $35 fee).
